ABOUT US
Our names are Brittany and Monique. We are mental health counselors who attended graduate school together at the University of Mary. We graduated in 2015 and both have 10 years of experience in our profession. We believe mental health is an important part of people’s lives and we enjoy being able to assist people in bettering themselves.
We provide individual counseling services to people who struggle with various issues that include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, trauma and grief, relationship issues, and parent/child discord. We also offer couples/marital therapy. Any of our services can be offered via telehealth upon the agreement between provider and client.
